 Application and Enrollment

1.Application and enrollment procedures

The applicant should contact Inner Mongolia Normal University International Exchange College for a copy of Inner Mongolia Normal University Foreign Student Application Form, fill out the form and send it back with the following documents.

(1)A copy of education certificates and transcripts

(2)Health certificate

(3)Proof of financial security

(4)For applicants for graduate programs, letters of recommendation from at least two professors

(5)A copy of passport

(6)Criminal Background Record

(7)Resume

After the university receives and verifies the documents, a JW202 form and an acceptance letter will be sent to the applicant. The applicant should then go to the Chinese embassy in your country to apply for an X visa, collect the foreigner health examination form, and go through the required physical examination procedures, take the completed physical examination form and the acceptance letter to the university and go through registration and enrollment procedures.

2. Application time

(1) Under graduate students:  April 1—June 1

(2) Graduate students:  March 1— May1

(3) Visiting students:  Anytime

3. Enrollment time

Undergraduate students and graduate students: Sept 1st every year.

Visiting students: There are two sessions every year. The autumn session is from Sept 1st to the middle of January and the spring session is from Mar 1st to the beginning of June.
